ok, seriously though. you're beginning junior year. enjoy it now while you can. once you're in the summer of your junior year you can become an OCD yale maniac.

alright im officially going to stop now ill see u all next summer lol. let this threat die!!!!!!! no more comments.

i honestly thought this thread was going to be about this YDN story, "drama student shot in hand in mugging":

<a href="http://www.yaledailynews.com/article.asp?AID=29555%5B/url%5D">http://www.yaledailynews.com/article.asp?AID=29555</a></p>

Yeah man, cool it. You're not even going to be a senior yet. Just chill.

hey this is not concerning my chances so dont worry. i just had a question. i looked at the common app for Yale and i realized there is so little space to write down all of my accomplishments. to refer to the accomplishments, look at the stats i wrote on the top of the page. so i was wondering if the ad com will look at the resume i attach too to see what i did. if not, do i have to fit the most important ones on the app? thx a lot.

Yeah just fit the most important ones I guess.

ugh thats hard lol. aight... which do u think are most important?

Which are the most important to you?

hmm i gotta think about this..... for cello, i guess all county all state and lincoln center... and maybe letter from town clerk.... they all seem important lol. gotta think.........

Just keep in mind that Yale isn't terribly interested in your membership in every junior varsity sport or small club. The common application is set up so that one can easily identify about six of one's most important activities (in or out of school). Disregarding this limitation will be interpreted in two ways: first, as an arrogant statement of pride or two, that you too involved [yes, it can happen] and that you won't be able to make a firm academic commitment to a Yale department of study.
