if you're instate then yes.
apply early if you want better odds.

I don't see why you're doubting yourself. Just apply early, and I doubt there will be any problem,

I agree. Even as OOS that would be pretty competitive. Apply as early as possible...like leaves still on the trees early. Not only do they resond more quickly but give many slots away that they are forced to give to more qualified others later.

1350 SAT and 3.7 GPA is roughly equal to the mean at Michigan...so I can see why the OP is wondering.

Needsinfo, Michigan is a match for you. Your course load, class rank, GPA and SAT score will all help, but they are right around the Michigan mean. Apply as soon as you can (definitely in September) and if you feel that you can do significantly better on the SAT, resit it.

thanks so much guys...yeah i'm so nervous...i want to get into a really good business school and i go to an extremely competitive high school where you go nuts. yeah i intend to apply very early and send my app in by the earliest possible date since its rolling admissions...you guys rock.

speaking of which...does anyone know the earliest date at which they want apps for rolling admissions for the class of 2007?

you sound strikingly similar to me

let's hope for the best for the both of us...

haha yes for sure...hope things definitely work out dsb123

Generally speaking, Michigan starts accepting applications in late August/early September. Make sure your school sends all the required transcripts, recs, etc... at the same time you send your application. You don't want the school to slow down the process. Your application can only be considered complete when Michigan has everything they request.

You sound similar to me as well....only my GPA is lower, my SAT is lower. and I haven't been doing something for the past 10 years....I'm definitely applying in Sept if I do well on the SAT...although I'll probably apply in mid-october because I'm taking the ACT in September. :D

Let's hope that we'll all get in and we all get to see each other at Michigan, although I'm applying ED to NYU Stern...but if they reject me Mich would be my next choice...:)

well looks like your a "futurenyustudent" so hopefully we won't be seeing you at michigan (in a good way, if things turn out as your username says)

anyway here's my stats just to show how similar...
