Should accept NSHSS invitation?

<p>Does being a member of the NSHSS (National Society for High School Scholars) help get into colleges? Is it a ruse for money? or is it mostly a medium for scholarships? Anyone have any ideas whether I (or anyone in general) should join?</p>
