<p>Well, my S got his acceptance letter today! We live in WA came regular mail. So, others should be arriving. Congrats and good luck to all.</p>

<p>D's acceptance letter arrived today! Her dad gave us the news from back home in MN while we're out here in WA/OR doing the visit rounds.</p>
<p>So exciting--now we'll know that we aren't making the long drive over to Walla Walla for no reason. D is thrilled; Whitman is very high on her list.</p>
<p>Dang, if the mailman hadnt been early we might have ours. Not feeling well so staying home tomorrow, so I will be able to get the envelope first thing.</p>

<p>Nothing yet. However, I was accepted at Bennington today, but I can't afford it even with the aid I was given.
(side story: my AVID teacher told me today that her husband's friend, who is a professor at Whitman, apparently asked Admissions about me and they had positive things to say. Tooooo bad they wouldn't say if that meant I was admitted or not! So, still anxiously awaiting...)</p>

<p>Today's mail arrived with nothing from Whitman. I'm nervous that they sent out the acceptances late last week and that the only mail left are the rejections. Maybe some brave CC'er can call admissions and ask :-)</p>
