Do I need to send my AP scores to colleges, like how you send your SAT scores? Or do I just need to report it on the application in the space provided?

Usually you don’t need to send them. If you are still concerned I would say call and ask each school specifically. However, I doubt they will want them now.

As for my school, the school transcript had my AP scores on it. I think thats usually what the schools that offer AP courses do. But if your school don’t do that for you, I would probably want to send my scores.

Colleges do not require AP scores to determine admission… If you want college to know your scores, check to see if they are on your transcript that is sent. You can also just self-report them in app or essay or just send a copy of your score reports to college with letter asking that it be included in your admission file. You do not need to pay for sending official scores until June or July when you want to get college credit for the AP course.

Thanks! I won’t be sending them then.
