should i add detailed sports achievements?

well i’ve been in
JV volleyball (10)
var volleyball (11,12)
JV basketball (10)
var basketball (11,12)

but i’m afraid i dont have enough things for extracurricular…
should i add personal awards into that?
like i got “Most Improvement Player” for each of the 2 volleyball seasons (10,11)
etc…
do people put awards like that?
