During the primaries, my friends and I did some volunteer political canvassing. I was considering adding this to my list of extracurriculars, but I was also going to discuss it in my Common App essay. I wasn’t sure if it would be redundant or if it’s not significant enough to mention it as an extracurricular activity. Thank you!!
I’m planning on doing a double major, one of which being Political Science, so it is pretty pertinent to the rest of my app! 
I would list it as an EC if you are going to write about it in your essay.
