Should I Apply Anywhere More Prestigious?

Congratulations!
However, what matters most is not how much money they give you, but rather how much is left after the scholarship :).
If you like the culture at NCF, why not apply to Hampshire?
Keeping in mind that the colleges you listed are all culled from a careful reading of the CTCL book, you could add Muhlenberg (you’re borderline for a lot of merit), Hendrix (one very competitive full ride, some full tuition scholarships), Nebraska Wesleyan (you’d definitely bring geographical diversity so you’d get a boost for preferential packaging). You should apply for Emory Scholars even though your ACT is very low for them (you should retake to open up more options), applying for Oxford College at Emory.

Still trying to think of “more prestigious” schools where you might have a shot at a full tuition scholarship… URichmond has a full tuition scholarships but the vibe is very different from NCF’s. Same thing at St Olaf (on the CTCL list) - past the preselection list, qualification rests heavily on your essay during the on-campus competition and on your knowledge of the college (and obvious will to go there).
