Should I apply EA??

Chicago is definietely my first choice, but I didn't do so hot in AP Calculus AB my junior year. I'm in AP Calculus BC this year and will definitely get an A. Other than that, I'm thinking my stats are pretty solid, but I don't really want to post them now because that would take too long.
SO my question is, should I apply EA anyway? Or should I wait until my GPA goes up and apply RD, seeing as how a midyear report isn't required for EA.
Please help!

Clleges normally won’t hold one bad grade against you, unless you have an F on a required subject.

check this thread: the general consensus is, applying EA gives you much better odds.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-chicago/994121-does-chicago-ea-have-better-chance.html

Even if you don’t make it, you will get deferred to RD, and then, you can submit mid year school report that positions you better.

if you are rejected outright in the EA cycle, that means, you were not even in the ball park to begin with, and it’s not going to be because of a lower grade in one course.

Whichever way you look at it, you have everything to gain and nothing to lose by applying EA.
