I have great grades (top 1% of class) and SAT I scores (2320), however, I have not had a chance to take that many SAT II's (took World History (760) and Math 2C (680 - hadn't taken precal yet)). I plan to retake Math 2C and hope to get a 750+ as I have taken precal and calculus since then, as well as molecular biology and either chemistry or physics this November. Should I apply early to colleges with only 2 SAT II's (and only 1 good one) and try to send scores in hopes of them receiving them before they reject/defer/accept me or just wait out the regular admissions with those scores secure in my application. Does anyone know how this works in admissions? Do the colleges make up their minds before seeing the scores or will they wait till I send them? I don't know whether it would be advantageous in my case to apply early to 2 or 3 places or just regular to all of them. Any advice would be great!

if theres a school you really wanna go to, apply early. then send in score updates when you take other SATIIs...for some reason, with your stats, i dotn think its gonna be much of a problem

Apply ED (binding early decision) if, and only if, the school is the absolute school you want. If you are accepted ED, you will have no other bargaining position for financial aid package, sports recruiting, etc. D applied ED to school A. Soccer coach not interested in her as a player. After her application was in, soccer coach from school B called and desperately wanted her. She applied to school B just in case she was deferred to RA and would have gotten huge merit aid from school B. She's going to school A with no merit aid.
If you can't pick one school for an "I want this no matter what" application, consider non-binding early action.
