Should I apply ED to Brown?

I'm a senior this year and I've been debating whether or not to submit ED to Brown. It has always been my dream school, but I've been told that it's better to use the ED advantage and apply to a school you're more likely to get into.

I'm an international student. I lived my whole life in Canada then moved to Malaysia at the start of junior year. I am not applying for financial aid.

SAT: 2200 (720 Math, 730 Reading, 750 Writing) I plan on retaking this though
I'm also taking the SAT subject tests for Math 1, Lit, and French.

GPA: 4.0 unweighted; 4.3 weighted
-I'm in the IB Diploma program. I take Business and Management HL, Language and Literature HL, History HL, Math SL, Biology SL, French SL, and Theory of Knowledge
-I am getting teacher recommendations from my Business, French, and English teachers, all of whom have positive receptions of me.

ECs
-leader for a weekly kids camp (kind of like girls'/boys' scout) for freshman and sophomore year
-ESL assistant teacher at a Saturday school for freshman and sophomore year
-Social justice team for freshman and sophomore year (organizing fundraisers, sandwich runs, soup kitchens..)
-Habitat for Humanity officer (junior/senior year) and (by the time I apply) will have built two houses: one in rural Thailand, the other in Malaysia
-MYGo service club that reaches out to local Malaysian organizations (junior/senior year)
-Spent this summer in rural Korea for three weeks teaching the local kids English at a day camp (It's a program for second-generation kids 'giving back' to their home countries)

-I am an editor and reporter for our school newspaper (junior/senior year)
-I was a student rep for student council (junior year) but I know this is insignificant
-I am a member of the varsity golf team (senior year)
-I am a member of the national honor society and math honor society
-I won the math, history, and academic proficiency honors sophomore year
-I won a book award from Mount Holyoke last year but I think this is irrelevant

I am worried because I feel that my ECs are weak and lack continuity, especially because I moved schools after sophomore year.

Do I have a chance at Brown? Or should I apply to a school more realistic for ED?

Any suggestions??

First of all, anything u win is relevant. Put it on the application. U have a good chance. If Brown is ur def top choice, i dont see why u shouldnt apply early.
