Should I apply ED to Penn.. or CAN I?

<p>The only thing I would recommend is raising your ACT score. Also, I believe Penn requires subject tests. Have you taken any?</p>

<p>To be honest your ACTs are too low (penn does not superscore ACTs only SATs) I think you are wasting your ED shot…
You should apply to a college slightly less competitive ED so that you can exploit the ED advantage.</p>

<p>Although I am not positive, I don’t believe you need the subject tests with the ACT, although you do with the SAT.</p>
