<p>Okay, I’m looking at applying to ND this coming fall of 2014 and I was wondering what I can do to make myself look like a better applicant by that time.</p>
<p>Freshman Year: 3.67
Sophomore Year: 4.3/4.5
Junior Year (first semester 4.3 trying for a 4.5)</p>
<p>My rank at the end of sophomore year was in the top 7% of 628 students</p>
<p>SAT: 2200</p>
<p>Extracurriculars & Hooks:</p>
<p>-10 years of club
-I was ranked in the highest player pool for women in my sport
-Varsity in my sport since freshman year
-made captain in my junior year, will also be captain senior year
-club team has won regional championships and a national title
-I swim, bike, and run (sometimes competitively)
-certified bilingual in spanish
-ride alongs in ambulances
-2 years Viola
-300+ hours of community service/volunteer hours
-Link Crew, freshman mentor
-Interning at a place where they focus on homeopathic medicine during my second semester this year
-I tutor homeless kids at my library’s main city a few times during the week
-Have gone on service trips
-interning with a surgeon.
-honor roll
-work/experience: food industry (catering), profiling, teachers assistant, house renovations, babysitting, administrative assistant for a few people, assistant coach to my sport, </p>
<p>Other:
-White, middle class, female, one parents works
-I will have a strong letter of rec from my teacher and probably a decent one from my counselor
-personally am a strong writer, hopefully i will have good essays when applying
-Wanting to go into medicine</p>
