<p>Im not entirely sure if I should apply to these schools since my GPA and my sat scores dont seem to reach the standard of the schools. If there is anything else you need to know please let me know.</p>

<p>I live in California so San Diego is in my state, but Northeastern is private so it doesnt really matter.</p>

<p>You aren’t gonna get into Pittsburgh and Northeastern with that GPA unfortunately. Try CSUs</p>

<p>I’ve been to SDSU several times, and they have a very nice facility. I think you have a chance of getting in there, although I would not guarantee it.</p>

<p>I’m afraid I know very little of the other schools you wish to apply to.</p>

<p>I think you have a very good chance at getting into a CSU of some sort. The question is which.</p>

<p>Bakersfield, for example, admits an average GPA of 2.97 and an average SAT of 1359.</p>

<p>Maybe based on your SAT scores, but public universities (especially state flagships) weigh heavily on GPA along with the SAT scores. </p>

<p>Look at schools in your state that would accept your low GPA with your relatively high SAT.</p>

<p>Sonoma and SJSU seem to fit my gpa and SAT score but I would really rather one of those three that I have mentioned im looking at business and engineering as my majors</p>

<p>Northeastern is out of reach. You have a chance at SDS and a less likely chance at UPitt, but I think it’s still possible.</p>

<p>There’s also Cal Poly Pomona, if you feel like a bit of a reach. Worth trying for, at least. Their average GPA is 3.57, but their average SAT is 1662.</p>

<p>SDSU’s average admits were 3.7. They weigh the gpa heavily in their decisions, but you never know unless you try. What’s your tennis level?</p>
