Should I apply now or wait until I take the SATs again for rolling admissions?

The school I'm looking at is Florida Tech, but I'm wondering about other schools with rolling admissions as well.

My Stats:
GPA: 3.4 (ugh)
SATs:
M: 650 R: 690 W: 620, E: 8, total: 1960
First time. Positive I can improve to 2200+.
ACTs:
M: 27 E: 25 R:32 S: 24, composite: 30
First time, confident I can improve to 33+, especially if superscored.

Virtually no EC's.

I'm retaking the ACTs and SATs on the first dates available.

My standardized test scores are, for the most part, above the middle 50% according to CB's statistics, but around 55% of people have a higher GPA.

Would it be more beneficial to apply now (pretty early), or to wait for my new SAT scores? Which gives me a greater chance of admission?

Your ACT averages to 27, unless your science score was actually 34, in which case you would have a rounded 30.

Oops, english was 35.

bump…

Any advice??

Positive I can improve to 2200+.

Why??

Why what? :/
