Should I apply or wait?

Okay this is a weird question alright. I just looked it up and UCI is actually accepting apps for engineering for the Sophomore year. I just started CC this summer and got 1 A and 1 A+1 C in two repeat classes, which I have no idea if they will show up on my app or what because I took those classes in high school at CSUF in my high school for CSUF credit, but I want to opt out for AP credit for the test I passed with a 4 and not bother with any of the A or C and the C's I got in high school.

I want to apply to UCI to see if my leaving out CSUF will matter (maybe I'll try to show the dean or something that I wasn't supposed to retake those classes and he'll take away those grades from my CC.... I don't know what I was thinking, but I never showed/told my CC about CSUF and I just retook the classes). Who knows I may get accepted? (I was pretty close out of high school, it was that class that messed me up, those two C's) If I break any application rules will that matter when I apply again in one year? Sort of like a do over at the cost of about $60. Do you think it's worth it if I don't know if I'd even attend it if admitted?

Uh, you can't just omit college records like that - that's flat-out lying. It doesn't matter if you took the class at CSUF 20 years ago, because you still have to tell them your WHOLE college record. But hey, if you wanna take the chance at getting your admission rescinded later on, be my guest.
