Should i apply to NYU Gallatin?

I'm really interested in the Gallatin School of Individualized Study but i am not sure if i should even bother applying with my stats.

Here it is:

GPA unweighted: 3.4 flat(school doesn't weigh)
Freshmen: 3.45 first semester, 3.78 second semester
Sohpomore: 3.1 first semester( i know, kill me), 3.2 2nd semester(not much better!)
Junior: 3.2 first semester, 3.7 2nd semester
-so my grade was like a loop
SAT score: 1600(im retaking it and my predicted score is 1800-1920)
SAT II scores: Haven't taken them yet but i will take the Spanish and Biology.
ACT: Haven't taken them but my practice test was 27.

Extracurriculers:
-200+hours of comm. service
-FBLA leader only sophomore year
-Part-time job over summer working for town economy
-3 years cross country

Awards:
- I got a recognition award for biology my freshmen year(is this even important?)

Other:
Top 30 public school in Washington state
Asian
...That's all.

Yeah, so my stats are pretty crumby, but i still think i might give it a shot. I have already finished my essay for the common application and two of my teachers at tutor said it was unique and amazing. P.S., both went to Columbia and NYU, lol if that matters but since they went to those schools, i asked them to revise my essays 100X. Anyways, do i stand a chance? Thanks!

What’s your proposed concentration?

I’m thinking maybe philosophy, art/film, and/or pyschology. I hear that you can combine your interests.
