Based on my stats, could I get into Ross? Or would I be better off applying just to CLSA

Ross is a preferred admit program. Ross only looks at your app after LSA has accepted you.

Since your GPA is still a reach for LSA, you probably aren’t going to get admitted as a preferred admit to Ross.

Then how do I fare at being accepted to LSA, and afterwards Ross?

LSA is a significant reach. The mid 50% unweighed GPA and SAT for admitted students last year was 3.8-4.0 and 1300-1500. Ross pre-admit is even more selective than LSA.

You wouldn’t get into Ross. It is definitely possible for you to get into LSA, I had somewhat simliar stats (lower SAT and higher GPA) and was admitted. Once you’re in LSA you’re given a clean slate and can apply to Ross at the end of Freshman year.

Good luck!
