Me: Can you write me a letter of reccomendation please?
Teacher: If you don't mind me being honest
Me: Would your honesty be good or bad to me?
Teacher: If it was bad i would have said go ask another teacher. But I'm no English teacher, I'm not going to write you three pages. A paragraph or 2 is usual.

She also told me that a condition for her writing the letter was for me to waive my right to view it.

I got all A's in her honors class last year and am in her BC Calculus class this year. Not sure if she likes me (she definately doesn't hate me).

I wouldn't. Pick a teacher that you have a personal relationship with. You'll get a better letter. Plus, she doesn't sound like she really knows how to right rec letters...

I wouldn't. You want someone who is really going to put a lot of effort into it and write something that portrays a complete picture of you as a person and as a student.

Most teachers make you sign off though, that's not unusual...
