<p>Hey! I'm going to be a senior next year. I am thinking about taking calc 1 at a community college instead of AP Calculus AB at the high school I go to. usually, the school won't let me dual enroll classes that are offered at the high school. I wanted to take calculus at the community college because AP credit has a low chance of transfering to count as a prereq for physical therapy school. (Graduate school) A prereq for PT school admission is calculus 1 so AP calculus credit doesn't work for most admissions. I want to take calculus 1 at the CC so i can actually use it as a PT school pre req and not have to retake it. Should I ask the counselor or would it just be like a slap in the face since calculus is offered at my school?</p>
