I already finished my fourth year of Latin and am currently taking AP Calculus, but I chose to take AP Chemistry instead of AP Physics for my Senior year. Do you think that this will hurt my chances of getting accepted Early Decision?

To what school? What major? Grades? Rank? Test scores?

Honestly one class won’t matter if your resume matches the school.

While we recommend bio, chem and physics, they are not required classes. If a student chooses another AP science class over a physics class they are still challenging themselves which is really all we ask for.
