I submitted my EA application to the University of San Francisco on time before the Nov. 15th deadline, but have not received any confirmation from them that it has been received, and on the Common App, my school report and recommendation does not have the "Downloaded" status, which, according to CA, means the school has not downloaded and started reviewing my application. Should I be worried about this? Or is it just because they are dealing with so many applications and they will get to me eventually? It has been just over two weeks since I submitted, and I have sent an email and gotten no reply. Should I wait one more week and then call? Does anyone think there is a problem with them not yet opening my application?

Dont hesitate to call.

It isnt uncommon for schools to run behind a bit so it could be normal. Its also possible they are missing something.

Two weeks is long enough . . . call.
