Should I be Worried? (ED application mixup)

So on Thursday I got a call from my college counselor saying that my ED school Middlebury had called her. They said that they couldn't locate my supplemental essay (which I had to fedex along with a graded essay.) Naturally I freaked out, got out my FedEx receipts and looked up their tracking numbers online. The site said that both packages arrived ontime and were signed for by the admissions office. I emailed the admissions officer who i've been in contact with to let him know this information. I also resent my essays and attached it in the email. He let me know that sometimes papers get misfiled or lost and that the emailed copies should suffice.

How freaked out should I be? With only 15 days left till the decisions come out isn't this cutting it a little close? One of my friends jokingly remarked, atleast they want my essay to look at it and didn't merely reject me for not getting everything in on time.

Please give me some peace of mind guys...

It’s not your fault and the admissions office understands that. You’re 110% fine.
