Should I be worried if UCLA still hasn't gotten my transcript?

I just checked MyUCLA to see my AP scores, and noticed that they still haven't received my HS transcript. When I told my school that I would be going to UCLA, they said that there was no need to do anything else and that they would send it. With two weeks away until the deadline, I'm kind of nervous that it hasn't gotten there yet. At this point, would it be a good idea to call the school and make sure it has been sent (the fact that it is summer now could be a big problem since more than likely no one will be there)? What happens if it doesn't make it there by July 15? Thanks.

probably not a big deal. my HS sent my transcript around june 1, and my ucla just reflected that 2 days ago. it will take a while.

you might want to call the school anyway. the administrative offices should be open all year long. if the transcript isn't POSTMARKED by july 15, UCLA will contact you, but they'll probably just ask you to send it.

Both my HS and community college transcripts haven't made it in yet either even though I've requested for it to be sent nearly 3 weeks ago.

And I think I read somewhere that it only has to be postmarked by July 15th.

From MyUCLA's frontpage: "Please note: All official transcripts must be sent to UCLA and postmarked no later than July 15, 2006. "

My stupid HS isnt even done MAKING final transcripts... they haven't even been postmarked.

My daughter's transcript was just sent. Since I don't trust bureaucracy, I asked her to get a copy herself and she'll bring it with her to orientation just in case.

UCLA received my high school transcript in early July.

do we really need our transcripts for planning courses during orientation?

Yea i was wondering the same thing... I dont want to have to go back to school and buy a whole new transcript plus deal with the guidance. Do u think an older transcript not showing senior year will be ok?

did anyone have it appear in less than 2 wks on their myucla from the time their school snet the transcript??
