Should I blindly send SAT October scores for EA?

None of my Early Action schools and schools that have apps due on Nov 1 REQUIRE SAT, only ACT or SAT. My ACT is medicore so I'm retaking the SAT in October to see if I can do well. Should I wait to get these scores back and THEN send them or should I blindly send them on test day? Because, if they aren't good I'm not going to send them at all. But I'm not sure what to do.

HELP?!

Very few, if any, schools will penalize you for getting a bad score. Use the free report, and the AdComs will just take your best score, whether it’s SAT or ACT.

thanks, and one more question. if i send out my score reports now, and i’m taking subject tests in november, does that mean I’m going to have to resend 12 score reports (the number of schools im applying to), paying 120 dollars again when i get the november scores back?
