I want to take AP Psychology, but I have no room in my schedule for next year. I am interested in the subject, but 1) have no space for it 2) the college I want to go to do not give credit for it. So, should I take it? why?

If you’re interested, self-study it and use the AP exam as a motivation for studying the subject you like.

It would be worth it to study anything you are interested in. Go for it.

You definitely can do it!!! I self-study 3 this year. It was kind of hard to squeeze time out for 3 since I also have regular school works, which are from honor classes.
But 1 is definitely doable.
Go for it!
The college you want to go to doesn’t accept the credit?
I will still say you should go for it.
Because self-study lets college know you can do independent study, which to me is an important factor in college life. And it also shows the college you’re interested in how much motivation you have!

Agreed. I love history but I wanted to learn economics instead so I took up self-studying to learn about European history!

I think you should because Psychology is such an interesting and useful topic.
