Should I call again?

<p>I applied EA to a school (Dec. 15 deadline) and called them a week or so later to see if they had my stuff in. They didn't have it scanned in, so I called them back like 5 days later. They still didn't have it scanned in and told me to call them back the next week, which I did. They said they had all my stuff scanned in, but it wasn't sure whether my ACT scores were included on transcript or if they got the mailed report (even though I sent it priority) because they said my scores didn't come in "online." My question, is can I call again just to make sure everything is okay, or would that just annoy them and get a black mark on my app?</p>

<p>What is the EA timeframe? You apply by Dec 15th and they let you know by March? It typically takes them a couple of weeks to gather everything together and get it all filed, and then they start reading essays. If the deadline was Dec 15th, I wouldn't worry about them having all the documentation together yet.</p>

<p>Call them again. 1.) You can make sure whether it has been received or not, and 2.) It shows that you care about the school.</p>

<p>All materials had to be in by the 15th for EA/scholarship (which I need) consideration, and they said that my transcript and app were, but I wasn't sure about the scores.</p>

<p>I really want to know, but I'm afraid of pestering them too much.</p>

<p>I wouldn't bother them too much... you've already called a few times. If they're missing anything, they'll let you know.</p>
