should i cancel my sat score?!

i took my sats yday. and then my calculator multication button stopped working. so i just sat there and cryed thoroughout section 3 and 4.

BUT the vocab was SO EASY. and writting section was ok too.

i'm just wondering if i should cancel the score. because there was a total of 4 math sections. for 2 of those sections i answered a total of 7.

do you think my english will balance my math?

or should i cancel the score? this was my secnond time taking it.

my previous scores were:
cr: 460
math: 490
writing: 520

You could have just used the division button instead (using the reciprocal). :)

No, because many schools superscore.

You know that all math questions can be solved without using a calculator right? If you’re not a senior yet, then cancel your scores IF you feel like you won’t get an improvement. But if you think that your English scores will be good, then I don’t see why you’d want to. Don’t you want to know how much you’ve improved since the last time? Also, because most schools superscore, if you get awesome English scores this time, you don’t have to stress over them next time you take the SAT.

but what if my total math scores comes to a 300, then it will bring my total sat score down.

Don’t cancel your score!!! What if you don’t get an as good grade in CR and WR next time you take it? Are you currently a senior?

yeah but what if my total score goes down!?

Are you familiar with superscoring?

no i’m not.
