I just took the Chem and Math 2 SAT. I think I did fine in Chemisty, but I didn’t have enough time to finish the last 9 questions of Math 2. Should I cancel my score? I did fairly well on the main SAT (1410 and 710 on the math section).

Are you applying anywhere that requires you to send all scores?
On Math 2 if you’re applying to MIT/Caltech the likes, you pretty much need an 800, but they don’t require all scores. Missing 9 for means that’s completely out - you can miss around 4 and get an 800 (not sure about this, someone confirm).
Since you think you did pretty well in Chemistry, I wouldn’t cancel- if you cancel one score, it means you cancel all of them. With score choice, you don’t have to send all your scores.
