Should I cancel SAT Bio Test?

So I’m taking the SAT subject tests-Bio, Chemistry, Math 2-on October 3rd.
This is my senior year and I’m taking AP Biology, AP Calculus, and AP English.
Last year, I took AP Chemistry and got a 4.
My concern is whether I should cancel the SAT Bio test. I took Biology in 9th grade and barely remember the material.
And with 3 weeks left, I don’t think I will be able to prep for all three tests.
I’m applying to BS/MD programs at Penn State, Northwestern, and Boston University. And all three require only SAT Chemistry and Math 2.
Do they look for SAT Bio test? Will I have any advantage by taking this test?
