Should I cancel?

Sadly,I was nervous as hell in my first SAT (june 6) and I think I might have missed the essay topic…My essay was at least almost perfect(10/12),besides (possibly) the topic.Checked twice for grammar errors ,none found. And in the CR I think I will get a 560-600 score,a good one for me.800 in math and I assume I got a 30/49 ,at least, in grammar after taking the wrong ones in account. My goals are pretty high,as most international students, MIT ,Yale,Stanford,Cornell,UC Berkeley,Georgia Tech… Only next year I will be a Senior in HS,but I won´t take no SAT this year.I pretty sure I will get next time a 800M 600CR 600 W (10 E), but I don´t want to trow it out all the ours of intense study +4h siting on an unconfortable chair and if I get a non zero essay it would be a mid-high 1900´s assuring a 800M,high 500´s Cr and high 500´s in W…
What should I do?Do I even have a shot in those schools?Im worried a score like that would be a week point on my app…

A 2000 is still low for those schools.

@Frigidcold I know ,but that was AT LEAST I´m confident that with a 1 year working on W and CR I can achieve a 700+ in W and a 650+,because in ~2 months I improved more than 300 in W together with reading…
Should I cancel?

Sorry to craso on yout dreams, but you will need to get a 2250+ just to be considered and it’s even harder for international students. If you really want to get into these top schools, I suggest you to work your butt off to get a high score in October.

OK…should I cancel or not ?Please would make any difference if I get 2250+ next year but have to send(i.e:Stanford) this score high 1900´s?

You cannot predict what your scores will be, so conjecturing is a waste of time. Take practice tests and if you dont want to take it, dont show up

Almost all schools will look at your HIGHEST score. I wouldn’t cancel.
