I signed up for some classes at calso and i have a lecture that finishes at 12:30 and a discussion section that starts at the same time. I know that with Berkeley time I have 10 mins to get to my discussion section. The problem is that the lecture is in dwinelle and the discussion section is in etcheverry. Will I able to make it or should I try to change the discussion section? Also, if I try to switch discussion sections on tele bears will I automatically be dropped from the one I signed up for while I look and see what other sections are available?

That’s like a 6 minute walk. If you take your time walking and whatnot of course you’ll be late. The only problem I think you’ll encounter is choosing between missing part of lecture pr part of discussion when lecture runs late.

And Telebears won’t do anything until you confirm the switch sections.

Thank you!!!

Back-to-back classes are much better than having awkward 90 minute gaps.

Does it matter if you leave lecture a little bit earlier to get to discussion section? Will the professor in the lecture notice? how often do lectures run late?
