<p>I’m in the same position as you. But what I’ve heard is that many don’t commit to the university since they’re in the top 10% and that they’ve gotten into UT or other top universities. Not sure on whether to wait it out or switch to a general studies-like program in my first year and transfer into petroleum after that.</p>
