should I change my major from aerospace to civil? UIUC's civil seems to be No.1?

<p>I just got in to UIUC college of engineering. i was admited to aerospace engineering. now im thinking about changing my major to civil engineering.as a international student, i think aerospace career is very limited. and UIUC's civil engineering program seems to be No.1 for undergraduate. anything suggestion?</p>
