<p>Hey everyone! I am debating my plans for the future and I could use some help :)
Right now I am a biology major and my plan was to go to dental school. My dad is a dentist and in my family everyone always wanted me to become one too. I am ok with my major, but the I am not really passionate about it, and I always tell everyone they should do what have passion for but I am not doing it myself!! Every class that I have taken this semester and last semester were upper division and related to my major and pre requirements so I dont even know what I like or not …?
I know German, Spanish, English and Farsi, and back in high school I kept thinking of majoring in International business and maybe Finance. Basically something business related. I always had a feeling that I would make it far in business.
Sad thing is that right now that I am thinking of doing dental, I just want to open my own office and hire others to work there for me. It's like I am trying to escape it already and I am not even in dental school yet!! So it is kind of scary.
At the same time, I have heard and seen a lot of people who majored in business that failed in their jobs, that is why everyone says careers that are health related are more "safe", especially right now that the business is not really working right. </p>
<p>So can you give me some advice? Tell me what kind of life style I would have in either situation? Or anything ANYTHING that I need to know before I make any decisions :) </p>
