<p>For the colleges, should I complete the certificate of finances before or after get accepted. None of the colleges except a few asked for them. I do not need aid (international student).</p>
<p>Depends on the school. Some will ask for it before they accept you, and if they need it from you before acceptance they will inform you. If schools don’t need it before they accept you, they may specifically say so on their website, and if they don’t ask, you probably don’t have to do anything about it before you receive your admissions package.</p>
