Should I consider Case/CAA?

Upfront, this school costs much more ($20,000+ for tuition, room, and board alone) than my other choices (At UMontana I could possibly complete my degree in 3 years and not have my parents spend a penny of their own money), which is why I discarded it as an option-well, that and the legendry work load/grade deflation at said school. I really don't want to be dealing with so much academic pressure on top of the pressure of adjusting to living on my own. However, there are things I like about the school (the urban area and the residential colleges as well as the prestige factor). I have the opprotunity to visit the school April 1 to interview for Creative Achievement scholarship (which I have NO chance of winning), but I'm not sure I want to even bother. Should I focus on my more available options or take this other one into consideration?

Anyone?......

You should certainly visit - you can't evaluate your options properly unless you really investigate them. You haven't really focused on one of your other schools ... possible visiting Case will bring your thoughts into clarity.

I don't know your chances for the Creative Acheivement Scholarship if you compete- but, you know, if you don't compete you've got about a zero percent chance. You could come to Cleveland, let people treat you nicely since you are a VALUED APPLICANT, check out the campus, and do your interview. If you would, for how ever long the interview takes, believe in yourself as much as we CC parents believe in you - then, wolfpiper, you've probably got a pretty good shot.
