Should I Consider RHIT?

Hello.

Currently, I'm looking into the UC schools as my main choices, with Stanford and Cornell as reach schools. I want to major in Aerospace engineering, but mechanical may do as well. I saw that Rose-hulman IT was ranked 1st in undergrad engineering in USNWCR, and I want to know how its program compares to UCLA, UCB, and UCSD.

bumpppppppp

b u m p m u b u m p

If you can handle Berkeley, RHIT is probably worse.

The program at RH is probably comparable to SD and LA but it is certainly different in that RH is an LAC and you will probably have a different experience with your professors there.

Ok, but if I don’t get into UCLA or UCB, which would you choose and why: UCSD or RHIT?

If you can afford it I would probably prefer RH, though if both are ABET certified there shouldn’t be much difference in the curriculum. Have you asked your parents how much they can afford?
