Should I consider transfering? I'm now..

Okay, so I'm a senior at one of Sweden's top high schools (you have to apply for upper high school based on your grades, which means the school you get in to is very important, kind of like what college you get into), and I believe will graduate with a super GPA. My EC are great, and my essays and recommendations as well. My SAT scores aren't good, but I'm not too worried.
If I would apply to Swedish universities, I would apply to the most competitive ones, Sweden's Harvard, Stanford or whatever. However, because I had very limited time to put into the application process, I choose to only apply (as a freshman for fall 2007) to colleges which used the common application, meaning I excluded schools like Yale, Brown, Stanford etc, convincing myself it was the right thing to do. But now I'm not to sure. I know I have applied to some really good (top) schools, it's just that I believe I would have had a true shot at getting in, and now I event tried. This sounds really lame, but I can not just let go of the chance getting into a school which could help me fulfil my dreams for the rest of my life, which is why I'm already (and I haven't even been accepted yet..) considering transferring. Should I try?

You're unlikely to get into a top U.S. university without excellent SAT (or ACT) scores, whether you apply as a freshman or sophomore transfer.

greenblue is correct that you are unlikely to be accepted at Harvard, Yale, Stanford or similar without very high SATs - either as a freshman or a transfer.

Since we don't know your SATs (only that you say they're not too good), it's hard to speculate whether you've left an opportunity behind.

To fulfill your dreams for the rest of your life, there should be a huge number of schools which could work for you. How did you choose the ones where you did apply? What are they? What do you think about them is lacking in comparison to Yale, Brown or Stanford?

I would suggest that you focus on what you liked about the schools where you did apply. When your acceptances come in, choose the one which feels the best. Head there expecting for it to be a great experience. Then, once you're there, if it is not what you want - think about transferring. Not before.

I looked at the website for common app schools and Yale was included, did you just decide not to apply? also the list includes schools like Princeton and Duke, If you have good enough stats youll end up someplace great
