By the way, I prefer either going for full-time job or no job at all. I'm transferring to a ~2nd tier university and majoring in electrical engineer with GPA of sub 3.0. Should I continuous my full-time job? Or Should I quit my job and start to improve my GPA? My point is how much of an impact on dual full-times for College and job look on your resume?

Do you need your job to support yourself? Is it related to what you want to do in the future, or is it completely unrelated?

If you don’t need the money and the job isn’t related to what you want to do, I think you would do better to find an internship in your field. If you need the money, then you don’t really have the option. Is there a reason you’re so opposed to working part-time?

I do think you should try to get your GPA above a 3.0 regardless.

The low GPA will stand out more than working full-time while in college. You would not specifically state “full time employment” on your resume, so employers may not even think much about it. If you can afford not to work, then I’d recommend working on your academic career and getting relevant internships.

This is my plan, keeping my GPA 3.0 above and planning to get an internship. I try to become vivid from the rest of the crowd.

Nobody cares that you worked and went to school full time. They will look at your GPA…However if you are working in your field, that might help. I would concentrate on the degree at this point.
