Should I do a Satire piece for my Admissions letter?

Senior may be a little obese him/herself??

Senior0991… it’s not my essay… it’s amylilygirl’s essay.

I agree with this. If the satirical piece shows nothing about who amylilygirl is as a person, then it probably isn’t worth it.

Thank you TomWolfe for making assumptions about me. Even if I were obese or overweight, and I took offense to this, does that matter? There are overweight/obese adcoms after all. I would post the same replies if the OP were to write a satirical piece on race relations, or terrorism, or the tea-party.

yeah hahalolk I should have said “OP” instead of “you” back there, although I figured most posters would get that I was shifting my attention back to the OP. my bad.

^Haha yeah, you directed that at me so I thought “you” was referring to me. Haha

I sent it! Well, I dont know if it really sent, since Im new to this…but please tell me if it did! Oh, reading Senior’s posts made me feel bad, so I began to write another ‘global issue!’ I don’t know whether that piece, or my satire is better…so if anyone is willing to judge, that would be amazing!

I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad idea. It sounds pretty cool actually, I’d be interested in reading it. You should obviously avoid going too far.
