Also, I was wondering if you get a better chance at getting in with ED or is it about the same and do you get more financial aid with ED?

any advice would greatly appreciated!

bumpbumpbump please any advise?

any advice? jede Beratung? un conseil? aliquis consiliumne?

what major would you apply for?

civil engineering

If you are accepted ED to Cal Poly then you are obligated to attend and must withdraw other applications. Just be sure that CP is your #1choice before applying ED. I’m not sure how chances of acceptance or FA are affected by ED. Be sure to have some safeties that you would be happy attending as back up if you do apply ED. CP’s engineering program is very competitive and with your current stats is probably a reach. Look at past threads to see stats of kids who were rejected last year in engineering.

thank you very much! I just talked to my school counselor and she said that she wouldn’t suggest doing it unless i had all of my ducks in a row. thanks for the advice!

Good luck- it’s a great school!
