So here is the deal. I finished my undergrad in business administration, but I recently looked into IT and have been more interested in the jobs available there (it support, system admin, etc.). I didn't really finish with a great GPA, but I am considering either going and doing my Master's in Information Technology Management or in Computer Information Systems (software management). I don't really know what to decide. I think if I did my Master's in IT management that I wouldn't have enough experience with actual programming language, and it would be tougher to find jobs. The school I am looking at for MSCIS offers Object Orientated programming, Specifications and Design, Lifecycle Process Management, Software Assurance, and Practicum as the core classes. The other program (MSITM) offers Human Factors in Information Systems, Data Base Management Systems, Business Information Analysis and Process Design, and Business, Ethics and Society as core classes. I have no programming experience, except for HTML.

What would I be better off doing, if I was interested in pursuing a career in IT support and eventually as a System Administrator?
