Should I drop AP lit?

To drop AP Lit, or to not drop AP Lit, that is the question.
Our teacher gives us so much busywork and assignments, there seems to be no time to work on other important classes and college apps. Do you think it is worth it to drop? I already have taken 6 AP classes, and this year if I remove AP Lit, I will have 2 AP classes (Econ [micro and macro] & Calc)

Same. I really hate the class. But, I’m not dropping it. This is because we’re only given the easy, stupid work, which I don’t think is a reason to drop a class. If you have an A in it, I would say just keep it. And I think that Lit is harder in the first couple of quarters, at least at my school anyway.

If you drop, will you be allowed to take Honors English IV?
What colleges are you applying to?
What specific AP’s do you have, and in particular do you have AP English Language?

If it’s senior year, I would just say stick.a) Grades don’t matter too much so even if your other commitments make it more difficult to succeed, that’s fine. b) I don’t know how it would appear on the transcript, but it might be questionable if there’s an indication that you dropped the AP to take an easier class.
