The past semester really wasn't good at all. The tests were difficult and the time it took it do homework and study was so time consuming. I have two other AP classes, I'm in the ASB, I make almost all the pages in yearbook, and I'm the President of the Asian Pacific Student Alliance. This makes it even more difficult to turn in the quality work my teachers normally see. I haven't even received a passing grade on my Calc tests, my teachers new... but I seem to still have a B in the class. In fact, I received a B- as my final grade for the semester. Test curves are the only thing keeping me alive at the moment, but the curriculum is so demanding I think I am really beginning to tire out. I work so hard just to get a good grade that I'm neglecting all of my other studies. And, it's not even worth it, because I don't even have a very confident and fair grade. ON top of that, my grade even went down in Biology, almost below an A, but the only reason I didn't turn anything in is because I had a really high A+. An A- was satisfying... but I still don't turn in the quality work I am capable of.
I asked my Principal if I would be able to drop the class, but she wouldn't agree to it because she was afraid that I might get denied by the universities I applied to.
Will dropping Calc affect my chances of getting into college? I mean, it is my 5TH YEAR OF MATH. So, I really don't think it will matter much, will it?

What schools are you looking at? What did you list as your major?

Well... I'm most likely to SDSU for Graphic Design... or Biology, but Graphic Design is at the top of the list right now.
