Should I drop CHEM I?

<p>So this quarter has beeen tough on me. I'm not doing so well in chem. Class average is ~60%. I got a 48% and a 50% on the first two exams. There is one more exam and then the final. My lecture professor is different than my lab professor and the lecture professor tests on things that she teaches her lab group that my lab group does not go over. I'm really scared because I'm trying to transfer to UCLA, UCSD, etc. and I don't want to add more quarters to my time at a CC with dropping:/ </p>

<p>I'm scared I will get a D or C in the class and that it will ruin my chances at transferring in the future. Should I drop and retake?</p>

<p>I’d definitely drop. Are you sure you major is right? Having problems at CHEM 1 is an issue… wait until you get to Organic…</p>
