I am taking 3 AP classes currently and have a 3.7 GPA, my AP calc class I am doing poorly in, I am wondering if I drop that class will the ,colleges that I have been admitted to revoke my acceptance? Or take away my scholarship money that is All based on merit? But Im worried if I don't drop the class, it will look bad...help!

Tight situation here. If you drop it, the colleges will see a “w” on your transcript (probably) and it won’t look too good. However, doing poorly (what do you mean by poorly, like a C+ or a D?) also looks quite bad. Talk to your guidance counselor, as she will give a more definitive answer than anyone on cc will.

What is a “w” on a transcript? I would be dropping it at semester and I have a c- in the class. And I was just trying to get some ideas before going into my consuler this weekweek

I just got dropped out of the class as I transferred to a new school, I had C+. 82%.

If you have a C- and don’t anticipate that grade going up you should probably drop the class…
