I'm doing well in the class (an A at the moment) but I get really nervous when it comes to doing anything for the class. I have not had a Trigonometry course (just College Algebra) and do not think that I can manage it if it gets worse than what it was with derivatives (which our class just finished and now is moving on to applications of derivatives) I have not had any score on a test below a 90% so far and was wondering what you guys think since you have so much experience with classes of this nature. Should I drop out because of my math anxiety/lack of Trigonometry knowledge? Also, I plan to major in English (if that helps.) Thanks for the advice in advance.

You have an A. Dropping out would be stupid.

No. Just no.

Why not do a little review of trig? Other people can probably mention some good books for that. Should help you be more confident…

? Go ask one of your failing classmates that question, and try not to bleed on your new Polo jacket as (s)he beats the living out of you.
