Should I drop this class?

My goal is to get at least all B’s in my classes for GPA sake. Right now I’m at 15 credit hours, and it’s tough. I currently have 2 C’s.

Here’s the situation. The two classes I have C’s in are very challenging. I go to tutoring for both on a regular basis.

The class I want to drop, an Econ class, is hard. Despite all my tutoring sessions and studying, on the first two quizzes, I got a D and C, and on the test, I got a D. So my overall percentage is a 65% which is a C in that class. A 72 is a B-. I’m not sure I can do it. I study and go to tutoring, but I still get mediocre scores. I’ve never withdrawn from a class, so one W/D won’t hurt. I just can’t afford to get C’s anymore, and this way I can make my other C class, which is worth more credit hours, a B or an A.
Thought?

A withdraw will look better than a bad grade, and you seem pretty miserable in this situation, so I would drop the class.

drop before it messes up your other classes

If you drop the class, will you still have enough credits to be considered a full-time student?

I would consult with your advisor and see was he or she has to say. I would say that it would best to drop the class if it will improve the grades in your other classes.
