Should I ED to UPenn even though it has stopped accepting students from my school?

Hi, I'm a senior in high school making my last-minute college list. I want to study undergrad business, and if not that, then economics. I want to apply ED to a school I love because it's a helpful boost (I'll need it), but I am unsure of whether or not I should even try UPenn, which has stopped accepting students from my school in the past few years. This I have no idea why.
Here are my stats:
4.33/5 GPA & 2240 SAT (I messed up my essay but am retaking it in Oct. to aim for 2300)
AP: worldhist5/USH4/stat4/french4/microecon4 --> currently taking ABcalc/chem/musictheory
Violin: nationals this year, states for the past two years, districts for the past five years
Other: Tri-M Music Honors Society; NHS; President of school orch; constant high rankings in out-of-school orch; a lot more random stuff

I wouldn't be upset if I am advised not to apply to UPenn - it will only help me. But if not UPenn, then which school should I ED to? I love WashU in St Louis, Rice Univ, and Carnegie Mellon as much. Northwestern and Boston College are ok-ish.

I think your stats are great and you should definitely try to early decision it, however, Northwestern’s Kellogg school and Carnegie’s Tepper are extremely on par with The Wharton School. Also the schools’ acceptance rates are higher than Penn’s. It all depends on what YOU want. I would say to not worry about Penn stopping acceptances for your school.

Kellogg does offer undergraduate-level courses but you can’t major in business at NWU as an undergrad.

UPenn Wharton: Reach
WUSTL Olin: Reach
Rice: Reach
CMU Tepper: High match
NWU: Reach
BC Carroll: Match
